Check intao this 'Holiday Inn' at the Marriott Theatre

Come celebrate the holidays with his joyous romp through Irving Berlin's classic songbook with "White Christmas," "Steppin' Out With My Baby," and "Dancing Cheek to Cheek" now playing at the Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre through January 6.

Inspired by the 1942 classic film, HOLIDAY INN features a beloved score by one of America's greatest songwriters, Irving Berlin. It's a tale of knowing what you want and finding success in your choices.

HOLIDAY INN tells the story of song and dance man, Jim, who leaves the bright lights of show business to settle down at a farmhouse in Connecticut. But not before his fiancée leaves him for his best friend and another show. He soon finds out that farm life is tough and he's not cut out for it. Jim's luck changes when he meets the lovely Linda, a spirited schoolteacher who used to love to perform. But will the second time around be the charm? Together they turn the farmhouse into a fabulous inn with dazzling performances to celebrate each holiday, from Thanksgiving to the Fourth of July. With thrilling dance numbers, laugh-out-loud comedy and a parade of hit songs, the show brings plenty of holiday cheer to the stage.

HOLIDAY INN stars Michael Mahler as "Jim Hardy," Will Burton as "Ted Hanover" Kimberly Immanuelas as "Lila Dixon" and Johanna McKenzie Miller as "Linda Mason." Two standouts include the fabulous Marya Grandy as fix it man "Louise" and Patrick Scott McDermott as "Charlie Winslow" who deserve their own show!

It's the dancing that takes front and center from talented hoofers who perform on everything including buckets and jump rope with a string of Christmas lights. Mahler and Burton are excellent as song and dance men. However, when McDermott starts tapping, look out leading men!

Miller, Immanuelas and Grandy are strong, powerful performers who light up the stage with their beautiful voices. We welcome the chance to see more of them.

As always, the innovative colorful costumes by Sally Dolembo are stunning. From casual dress to elegant formal wear, Dolembo makes the era come alive with beauty and grace.
